Celebrate the Evolution of Island Cooking

Take a journey with food historian Arnold Hiura and Chef Jason Takemura of Pagoda Floating Restaurant as they guide you through Island cuisine from “Then” to “Now.”

Sample classic plantation dishes alongside contemporary reinventions of local favorites at this evening of eats and entertainment.
